Now, this is one of our favourite lots on the nimbus launch series.
A perfect expression of how careful, traditional processing can make a usual variety like Caturra become that much more elevated.

A full on fruit bomb!
Expect vibrant layers of papaya, guava, and tangerine, wrapped in a syrupy sweetness and carried by bright, lively acidity from start to finish.

 



THE PRODUCER

 

Cuatro Caminos Farm is part of the Cuatro Caminos Coffee Estates – an agricultural
cooperative that owns and operates nearly a dozen farms in the Boquete area.

This 3.3-hectare farm is at an average altitude of 1,350 m.a.s.l. and has around 13,500 trees. The farm produces caturra and catuai varietals. 

Also located on this farm is the main nursery which can have up to 100,000 saplings at any one time, an on-site coffee quality testing laboratory and state-of-the-art processing plant.

> WHEN WILL MY COFFEE BE ROASTED?

All our coffees are roasted to order. we roast and ship on the same day or within 48 hours of order.

> HOW IS BEST TO BREW MY COFFEE?

Each and every coffee brews differently and requires certain tweaks to make perfect, but we have our recommended brew guide in the coffee overview section to help you out with a recipe to get you started. > HOW LONG SHOULD I REST MY COFFEE?

We recommend resting the coffee for at least 2 weeks from roast date to allow the coffee to degas and open up its true flavour. For our coffees, we roast relatively light, so to get the best possible flavour experience we recommend 2-3 weeks of resting.

> HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
